Our Recruitment Process starts with an evaluation of the position and requirement and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate. The major principles of our research focus on methodology
Evaluation of position and requirement which includes understanding the companies on with regard to current business activities, future expansion plans, work culture and extends to applying capabilities the for the specific position, including job identifier, deliverables, Key accountabilities and other important information which are needed to bring success to the position.
Sourcing Strategy involves sketching a list of focus on companies from which to recruit and utilizing our network, along with our database then we list most potential candidates within target companies. We then get in touch with candidates and share the opportunity with them and draw their attention to the position.
Testing and Evaluation of candidates is done to set up a match of candidate profiles with the necessity and the work culture of the client organisation. In addition to personalized interviews, we also use psychometric assessment tools.
Reference point Checks of the candidate(s) selected for hire is done before the official offer is made. We can also help to conduct a background check on these candidates, through our trusted partner agencies if required by the cliche settlement element is done for the final candidate’s on reimbursement and other requirements and if required, we support in finalizing the hiring agreements.
Post enrolling in follow ups is done with both the client and candidate and any problem arising is resolved by discussions to ensure the satisfaction of both client and applicant.
